the last 3 years. We have found the club to be very friendly and
welcoming.
The club offers a great variety of classes for our family. Our son
enjoys the children's kickboxing classes, which have increased his
level of fitness, taught him self-respect and disciple. This has not
only had a positive effect on his attitude in the classes but also
outside of the sessions.
We enjoy a range of classes including Brazilian Jui Jitsu , Mixed
Martial Arts, Submission Grappling and Ladies fitness and Self
defence. The classes have improved out health and fitness and have
